From our new headquarters in Grand Teton National Park, we traveled to Cincinnati, Chicago and Louisville to gather our third group of students. This year though we traveled from Cincinnati and back with a larger group of twenty-four students and two additional leaders, Mike Englert and Bonnie Croskey. This year's trip featured backpacking in two new permitted wilderness areas, the Three Sisters Wilderness in Oregon and the Beartooth Wilderness in Montana.
Our 1975 catalog cover featured our first summit ascent of Mt. Rainier and as you can see, our name was officially changed to Wilderness Ventures.
